I didn't have in mind spending a part of my vacations learning about mexican cuisine, but I'm glad I did! It was a lovely experience for both of us, cooking along with my friend was fun and the food turned out pretty good. The chef was patient and helpful all along, despite my obvious lack of cooking skills. Give this experience a try!

I loved this cooking experience, all the ingredients are fresh because you take it from the garden. The way the staff take you step by step and give you the instructions is outstanding, you can see that they love to cook and enjoy their work. The food at the end is great, for me was a great way to create new friends and experience the local food in an incredible place as Metate. I definitely recommend this experience.
