I called Epic directly before I arrived and they assured me they were ready and would have someone there. When I arrived we waited 25 min and I got an older expedition not Escalade as promised. This was an awful experience

No récord of our reservation once we got off the plane and no ride waiting for us. We finally found someone who could look up our reservation and they found us a ride over an hour after we were supposed to be picked up. Disappointed to say the least.

No show at airport, trying to schedule return trip was very sketchy, could not take a chance on not having return transportation flake so decided to find a for sure shuttle at additional expense

Epic Los Cabos has Airport Staff at all 3 Terminals from the 1st Flight arriving till the last departing. We have a total Team of 14 Airport Staff and are always ther looking forward to your email, we certainly can show you that we have been there.

Our driver Alexis was great. Native to los cabos. Gave us lots of great info on where to go and points of interest.

We booked a round trip private transportation service from the airport to our hotel in Los Cabos. Upon arrival the third party provider had no record of our reservation. We were able to show them our confirmation number and paid status and they were able to take care of us quickly. However for the amount of money we paid we would expect there to be no hitches in the experience. Since we had no reservation on file it made the return drive a hassle as well as Viator never sent us a confirmation code for pick up time from our hotel to take us back to the airport. We were able to work with the third party provider however the only time they could pick us up would cut it close with our flight. We ended up not even being able to use the service back but instead had to taxi back which was much cheaper and easier overall. I do not recommend for the cost and overall ease of use due to our reservation glitch.

They sent the wrong vehicle both trips coming from airport and to airport. We asked for luxury private transportation and was sent a van the first time, then they sent a old suburban. On the way back they sent an expedition. None of the vehicles was luxury. Truly disappointed for the price I paid

Great Company! We arrived at Cabo’s airport and were shuttled to our hotel only to have left one of our phones in the vehicle. We contacted the company and promptly had it returned to us. When offered a sizable tip, the driver refused it stating he was only doing his job. Wow!! We were so impressed with the integrity of our driver! Definitely recommend!
