We loved the tour, early morning before crowd. We saw the beefeater guards open the gates which allowed us a head start to see the crown jewels. The tour leader was informative and attentive, really enjoyed the details of the Tower and its history.

Opening time was a great time to visit the tower. We got to enjoy the opening ceremony and get to the crown jewels before the crowds. The guide was knowledgeable and pleasant and our group was small enough that we could enjoy. Climbing tower bridge was a new experience for me, despite many trips to London. It was my son's favorite activity in the city. Great views and exciting.

As mentioned in our tour literature and from Tourism Ireland Tips for Visitors we recommend that all our guests come prepared for all types of weather especially the rain. As our city is small and of Viking origin we have battled with invaders and with the weather for centuries. The rain is an aspect of our beautiful country that you grow to appreciate hence our extraordinary "40 shades of Ireland" national slogan.
