We went as a family of 6 - choosing one of the hottest days of the year but on the top of the boat it was divine with a gorgeous breeze ! Loved seeing the sights of London with a great commentary. I want to do it again !!

Ripped off

Ripped off. Paid £54 for 2 Adults and 1 Child only to find a family ticket priced at £40.50 on the Pier. When I queried it, just got, “We don’t sell that ticket”. Then the ticket didn’t scan when we tried to back on the cruise at Greenwich. The helpful lady had to take us to the ticket office to get tickets printed. The cruise itself was great, just don’t book with this company (wonder if this review makes it to the website?)

Excellent live commentary from the crew. Very good value and enjoyable experience for the whole family (including hard-to-please teenagers!)

Our guide was quite funny. We had been on a similar boat a few years ago and actually learn some new things. The weather was great so that added to the amazing views.

Disappointing but not the fault of the tour operator

the first 10 minutes after which we got caught up in major traffic jams due to protests going on. Stuck on the bus just looking at the thousands of protesters. The tour was then aborted.. The driver and conductor we very pleasant an apologetic. We only managed Tower Bridge stop to Westminster before getting stuck in traffic. I had my 10 year old grandson who is autistic who got very agaitated.

Great trip with friendly crew - Takes in most of the main sights from the river. Be aware of a half an hour wait at Greenwich Pier if doing the trip in one and on a tight schedule.

Fab day.

Had a wonderful time. Luckily it wasn't too busy so managed to get onto the boat quite early. Commentary was extremely interesting and really informative. My daughter and I went to Tower Bridge and then had a wander around The Tower of London. After stopping off for a drink and a snack we then rejoined the boat and went to Greenwich to see the Cutty Sark and then walked under the Thames via the Greenwich tunnel. We then joined the DLR and travelled to Stratford where we ended our journey as it was time to catch our train home Fab day. 👍

The live guide was great! Thanks to Greg and Charlie, we had a great time and some good laughs. The boats look fine, everything was well-organized. Highly recommended! It would have been even better if the end station had been Greenwich, not just Tower Bridge.
