Driver was 45 minutes late in picking us up at airport. I asked him to call the apartment owner entourage since the owner was traveling to meet us. I explained to driver that we had no WiFi service to call. He said he “would see” later. Upon arrival at property I asked him again and he said NO that he was late. He dumped us out - 6 people with suitcases on the street. After several minutes of trying to find someone who would call for us we were able to contact owner. The driver lost a sizable tip. I would not use this service again.

Driver was holding up wrong name on his iPad. Only changed to our name after we ca Led company. Driver surly ant a happy guy would not even thankmus after we tipped him for the trip.

The driver that was suppose to pick me up was rude and hostile. He kept trying to intimidate me and was making it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to be there. To his JOB. When I told him my friend was coming from a different terminal, he became unhinged. Started getting in my face. I was NOT getting into car with this hostile man, I felt 100% unsafe. I sent him away and he called me an idiot. DO NOT use this service.
