Place your technologically advanced Vox headphones into your ears and listen to your guide’s engaging commentary about each significant sight you pass.

Disembark for a guided tour of the colossal St Paul’s Cathedral; gaze upwards at the dramatic dome that crowns the structure, marvelling at the ecclesiastical elegance of the architecture. Learn about the intriguing history of the iconic building and discover how the cathedral survived both the Blitz and the Great Fire of London.

Next, venture to the atmospheric Tower of London to explore a landmark steeped in legend and history; enjoy tales of treason and torture from immaculately dressed Beefeaters during your tour. See, too, the glittering Crown Jewels and imagine holding the invaluable Koh-I-Noor diamond and golden crown in your hands.

Continue to the City of London to appreciate the architectural amalgamation of the old and the new. Stare at the sleek spires of skyscrapers and note the contrast of antique buildings as you wander alongside your guide and group. Conclude your tour at Trafalgar Square and enjoy a relaxed hour of free time before the next tour commences.

Jack the Ripper Tour and London Ghost Walk (3 Hours)Climb aboard your comfortable coach at Trafalgar Square and set out into the night to discover London’s petrifying past. Listen as your guide sets the spine-tingling scene and you visualize the East End of Victorian London, imagining the shock of discovering five brutal murders have been committed by the world’s first recognized serial killer, Jack the Ripper.

Cruise past spooky sights like the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, reputed to be the most haunted theater in London, and the atmospheric Old Bailey, a site that witnessed numerous public executions. Visit the former residence of the barbaric barber of Fleet Street, Sweeney Todd, who sold pies filled with the cooked flesh of his victims in a local bakery.

Wander the serpentine streets of Whitechapel and visit a selection of Jack the Ripper murder sites. Discuss suspects and explore the evidence as you stroll past the local public house that many of his innocent victims visited. Appease your anxiety with a strong drink in a pub in Trafalgar Square (own expense), where the tour concludes.

Awful experience doing the combined tour of London and Jack the Ripper. Evans and Evans as local tour group didn't inform us on how to get between tours and ended up having to skip Jack the Ripper part of tour. Call d Evans to see if could arrange something else and rude agent (Rachel) was no help.

Because this was really two tours patched together, I'm kind of sad that the star rating doesn't let me separate them. The first part of the tour was led by Leslie, who was very knowledgeable about London, and St. Paul's in particular. She clearly was interested in the stories of the Cathedral's survival during WWII, and the stories of the heroics were well told. She also did a good job describing why the Cathedral was built and decorated the way it was, why it has a dome, and why one part is colored in decor while the rest is in white and shades of gray. There was time to wander as well. The Tower tour, though...well...there was a general description of the building and its history, and a trip to the Crown Jewels, but unfortunately she became fascinated with a wedding that may or may not have been happening. We had visited the Tower earlier, with a guide who was more interested in the seamier side of Tower's history. Most of that history had more to do with deaths and funerals than weddings. We were left with scant time to visit much more than the armory in the White Tower before we had to leave. Before the guide went off, we asked when and where we were to gather for the Ripper tour, and she got the time wrong. So: fun time at St. Paul's, less fun with the Tower. Phil was our guide for the Jack the Ripper tour. He not only went over the facts, but was an expert at getting in to the spaces where events actually happened even if urban improvements had covered them up. His descriptions were graphic, but necessary, and he gave a complete overview of the events and the theories. He did it without wearing a Victorian costume, but held attention without tricks. There were no ghosts mentioned on the tour, but it was enough without the ghosts. The fish and chips sample, from Poppies Fish and Chips in Spitalfields, were the best that I've ever had. My grown son has not willingly eaten fish in fifteen years, but this time he asked for mine. Which I'd already consumed. Sorry, son. So: St. Pauls, very good. Tower, vague and disappointing. Ghostless Ripper tour, a well developed, well practiced presentation and utterly fascinating.

I can highly recommend the Jack the Ripper and Ghost Walking Tour, which was awesome and our guide was fabulous. We should have booked this tour on it's own. The sightseeing tour component of this London Super Saver however I would not recommend. This tour was advertised as an afternoon London City Sightseeing Tour including Tower of London, however we joined a tour which had commenced in the morning, and thus there was not really much sightseeing or commentary from our guide. We would have been far better off just travelling directly to the Tower of London via the underground and thus being able to spend more than 1 1/2 hr at the Tower of London, as there was insufficient time to see it all.

The Tour guide and Coach driver were both great! The only negative I have is that the second part of the tour, the Jack the Ripper walk tour was cancelled the day before. I was contacted via email so at least I knew about it but it was still a disappointment. The tour guide, Lesley really made the tour throughly enjoyable.
