  • The duration of the Journey is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bags.
  • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Service from the cruise terminal is available from 7:30am on selected cruise arrival days. With the departure from the cruise terminal by no later than 8:15am
  • If you are flying from Heathrow Airport or staying in a London Heathrow Airport Hotel, you will be dropped off at approximately 9:30am. For London airport hotels you will be dropped at approximately 11:30am.

Transfer by shuttle from London to Southampton

When shuttle was due at our accommodation, we received a phone call to say shuttle was full and a car would instead arrive within next 7 - 8 minutes to transport us to Southampton. A small car arrived on time. Driver was very helpful, but vehicle was untidy(obviously a family car) and driving at times a bit unnerving. Disappointing considering that booking made quite some months prior to pickup.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, please accept our apologies if the wrong information was provided to you, on the day of your service the shuttle was running behind schedule due to heavy traffic in London, therefore instead of keeping you waiting we use a local supplier to pick you up in a private vehicle to take you straight to Southampton. We have spoken to the local supplier regarding your concerns on the driver and vehicle and we will monitor this supplier going forward. Again thank you so much for using our services and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience that we caused you.

The driver was about 30 minutes late so I had to call to make sure that they hadn't forgot us. The driver said he was late due to the traffic and the company should have called me. This was my only complaint, otherwise he got us to the ship in plenty of time.

Pick up at hotel dead on time. Unfortunately due to road closures and resultant detours our transfer extended to nearly 3.5 hours. Courteous driver. Safe driver. We only had 4 other people in Mercedes mini van.

Confirmed the booking and pickup time - then had a call back from the provider saying the ship was late and our pickup time was put back an hour - we had heard anything from the cruise company and I've never know a ship to be only 1 hour late getting in - anyway - it was left that we would be picked up at the original time - low and behold the no one has arrived to pick us up - ring the provider and we're back to the 'story' that the ship is late and we had 'agreed' to being picked up later - not so and not happy - when the driver did arrive he stated he did not received advice regarding the job until 1041 - our pick up time was 1030 - then the driver tells us he his last job was an arrival from the same terminal in Southampton - how about that for a coincidence - NOT AT ALL HAPPY - if I am paying for a service, I expect service, not at the convenience of the provider.

The driver was on time in a luxury van. We were a group of 4 adults with 10 bags. The van dropped us off right in front of the cruise ship embarkation facility. The drive from our hotel in Paddington to the Southampton cruise port was two hours.
