The pick up from port was late by an hour. The contracting company were confused with the pick up time. Also the driver did not know where to pick up. They need to improve service and give clear instructions to the pick up driver.

No one arrived at scheduled time. Called and got incorrect information . Eventually a gate agent spoke with Viator and learned driver at wrong terminal . After that driver arrived and we made flight home.
