Aviator is full of lies
Alberto_R
, Nov 2021
Viator is a third party reseller. They lie in order to get your business. They pick up from only 5 hotels. They don’t tell you that you cannot bring your cell phone to the skyline, they said the pictures in there would cost $7 or 24 for a collage of up to 65 pictures. The true is, pictures cost $22 each or $65 a collage of 8-12 pictures. Other than that, the visit to the Grand Canyon is breathtaking!

Hello, Alberto. We understand that there might have been some confusion but it is stated on the Website under Departure and Return that we only pickup from Select hotels. We'd also like to inform you that Skywalk is operated by a third-party supplier, so their prices could change anytime. We're hoping for your kind understanding.

Very poor your company!
Shelley_K
, Oct 2021
This company upcharges EVERYTHING and they get mad if you don't buy more, to the point that they dump you at one location with no instructions or help of any kind and tell you to be back at that location by a certain time or they're leaving with out you! The pickup time at the end of the day only pertains to the folks who refused the upcharge as the bus was actually 40 minutes late! Do NOT use this company if you can avoid it!

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We apologize if there's been a miscommunication and confusion that occurred during your tour with us that resulted to an unsatisfactory experience for you. For those who booked the Bus Tour only are given the chance to explore the Grand Canyon by themselves for it is what others prefer hence we only offer the guided walking tour as an optional activity. It was not our intention to make you feel that way, we certainly make sure everyone is informed of the pickup time and location after exploring the Grand Canyon. We're hoping for your kind understanding.

Grand Canyon Destination tour company is the best. I highly recommend them. The bus had air condition and plenty of leg room. Our tour guide "Gia" was awesome. She was full of information about the tour, she was full of laughter 😃 and a great photographer. The bus driver Nelson is a good driver. He took care of the bus and he kept its passengers hydrated.
