We really enjoyed our day! We were all newbies. Michelle was amazing and always looking out for our interests. She was also very knowledgeable about historical Facts and Wildlife. We definitely recommend her and the trip.
This adventure was booked and services provided by River Dogz. They did a phenomenal job! The communication leading up to this adventure could have been better but beyond that it was absolutely excellent. Nathan our guide picked us up at the hotel and drove us safely to the river. He was eager to share history of the damn and area on the way. When we arrived we quickly launched and were on our way. All equipment was in excellent condition and everyone on the staff eager to teach and help. It was evident from the start that they wanted us to have a safe and great time. Everything about this trip was awesome. The cave the water the day was so much fun. We loved every min. Nathan was so knowledgeable about Nature and could answer all the questions we had for him. We also saw big horn sheep! We always felt safe and will definitely go back for another trip.

We loved our afternoon out on the water in the kayaks it was the most beautiful scenery and the water was an amazing color greenish blue we really enjoyed swimming as it was 110° out in our guide Edgar was phenomenal I can’t wait to go again next time we go to Vegas
Such an amazing guide! Michelle was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and had a great sense of humor. They supply drinks and snacks but you can brink your own if you want. STAY HYDRATED! And you will want to bring plenty of sunblock.
The trip was a tiny bit unorganized, but overall, it was a great day. The kayaking, water, and cave was so much fun. It was really beautiful. Two tips: Bring your own lunch, and be preapred to be a bit sore.
Vague , Don’t think you were on our tour .
No content or explanation. We have plenty of kayaks waiting in our mobile Warehouse ready to fit you with a kayak suited to your needs . We give you a life jacket and Saftey briefing get you into the kayaks And on the water . Once on the water you are given a paddle lesson then on with your tour.
We don’t list any lunch served on a 3 hour tour and we offer endless snacks, granola bars protein bars assorted chips assorted and fruit plus plenty of ice cold arrowhead bottled water . Not sure where you heard we serve lunch on a short tour ? Very sorry But this revue seems vague . We keep group sizes Fairly small With each guide .
Area for the Kayaking is very beautiful however the operation seemed disorganized. We also spent a lot of time on breaks or stopping points which prolonged the time that you were in the Sun unnessasary. The 4 hour tour went well beyond the time indicated. The guides were pleasant and shared information along the way. We drove our self and we were very glad we did other wise it would of been a whole day tour. Bring extra sunblock!
Hello , as a owner who has given the highest level of service for many years now I wanted those who read this to know we gave a time to meet at the Gift shop and our driver was there looking for you and also you were advised to head down to the paddle craft launch beach if you missed our driver and guide. We did get your life vest and kayak matched with your body weight right away .
A cold bottle of water and gave a paddle and safety briefing .We were waiting on you with kayaks organized and ready . It was a longer day due to The large Number of kayakers who were out that day in other groups waiting in line at Emerald Cave . Instead of waiting in the kayaks we stopped to Swim as it was very hot . We had lots of fruit, ice cold arrowhead water and other snacks . We had two guides with you to split up into smaller groups at the cave unlike many companies who jam 20 kayakers into the cave. We really did our our best on this unusually busy day .
Most others on this tour thanked us for not sitting in the kayaks frying and allowing them to swim . Very sorry you didn’t have the experience you wanted !
