Outstanding Service!!!

The service was outstanding!!! Crew of 3 made sure we had drinks, food, cushions, music, activities, towels and floaties. The platter of fresh tuna sashimi was way beyond expectations. They were very knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. The boat was clean, big and the water was so clear. My experience was in La Paz, so it was quite a van ride from Cabo San Jose. The transportation provided was a very nice van and driver who stopped for a potty break and snack. We were able to dip in the pool at the marina hotel affiliated with this trip experience. That was refreshing after a day on the boat. We had 6 people for a Bachelorette party on our private experience.

Best Tour

I loved the comfort and privacy this tour provides. I took this tour with my kids, ages 10 and 3. Juan picked us up straight from our hotel to La Paz and had one break stop Incase we needed to stretch our legs or go to the restroom. Since we went off season, it was not a busy time and we basically had a private and personalized tour. Once we got to the catamaran, we started off with breakfast consisting of yogurt, a variety of fruits and donuts. I had coffee and was offered a morning margarita. They had an open bar I opted not to take advantage of :). My kids and I spent time on the front deck for a bit. My 3 year old loved it. We then transferred to the skiff that was towed by the catamaran, and went to see the sea lions. Leo, the marine biologist was wonderful explaining facts about the marine life and reef. My daughter had a sea view float with a window to see the fish and Leo took care of her, pulling her along with us as we went snorkeling at beautiful Balandra. My daughter saw so many colorful fish while on her float. Leo made sure the fish went in view when he fed them. He really took care of her so that my son and I coukd go about freely enjoying the reef. Leo also carefully showed us a star fish under water and made sure we spent our time doing what we wished to do. My daughter had her sand toys and we went on a remote white sand beach. It was gorgeous. After we decided to do some kayaking. When we finished the showers were available before our lunch. Scott the chef made sure to make the beef and chicken tacos with mild seasoning so my kids would enjoy them. I had option of adding more teriyaki to mine. He asked us what we had preferred beef, chicken or vegetarian beforehand. Chris, the Captain, asked us if the food was good and if we liked them. He wanted to make sure everything was just right. When the sailing was done, Juan picked us up for our return trip to the hotel. We stopped off in Todos Santos and visited the shopping area and took pictures at Hotel California. I was very happy with this tour and it was everything we wished it to be. I was really concerned about my kids being comfortable and having restrooms available. The other tours didn’t seem to offer this so this was perfect for us. Though I’m sure they are used to catering to young adults, they did great with my kids.

The trip is as advertised. The boat was comfortable, the were 17 guests on this trip. The food and open bar was available the entire trip. They take 6 out on the skiff at a time to swim with the sea-lions. This mini excursion is about 40 minutes per small group. Wish there was enough snorkel gear to swim at the private beach while the mini-excursions were going on. We spent 5 hours on the boat. Plan in 2 hours each way to La Paz. In total our trip was over 10 hours. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel near San Jose Los Cabos.

This tour was as advertised - I loved the privacy of the boat, the unlimited drinks and food, the quality of the boat and the service! The operator was even kind enough to pick us up in todos Santos! I only will say that viator tour is slightly confusing as I thought I booked espiritu but I didn't.
