Departure Point

100 Margaret St, Key West, FL 33040, USA

Historic Key West Seaport in Old Town Key West, 100 Margaret St. - Dock D-30.  Make sure to email the Echo office at info@dolphinecho.com to reconfirm, and they will reply with custom directions from your hotel. Directions: Catamaran Echo location: The Echo dock is on the "Historic Seaport Harbor Walk", that runs along the water at the side the "Turtle Kraals Restaurant and Tower Bar" building. The GPS address of that restaurant is 100 Margaret St. in Key West. We are on Pier "D" that starts at the center side door of the restaurant. Look across the water for the big dock sign that says "Catamaran Echo" (not Eco) and take the foot bridge at the side door out to the Echo dock. Check-in at the boat 15 minutes before departure, but stay in the shade until then (it's very hot out on the dock).  If taking a ride share (suggested), drop off at Turtle Kraals Restaurant on Margaret St., walk to the building's corner at the water (near the attached "Tortuga Ferry" ticket booth). Walk sharp left onto the skinny walkway right along the green wall and the water. See the ECHO dock sign across on our dock and take the foot bridge at the side door out to the Echo dock.  Parking: (ride-share suggested) Parking is very limited, so please come an hour early to secure a spot. PARK IN THE LONG TERM LOT ON THE LEFT just before the end of Margaret St. and the water. If full, try the PARKING GARAGE one block away by the West Marine store at Grinnell & Caroline St. Get enough parking hours for your boat trip time, at least. The parking ticket machine takes cash or credit cards.

All gear is included and is sanitized for your use.

We had a great experience with the dolphin sail and snorkeling. Got to see lots of dolphins (our lucky day). My family enjoyed the snorkeling as well (their first time). Shout out to Joe and Marisa (crew) - very knowledgeable and informative. Thank you guys for a wonderful time out on the water.

Best Tour Ever! My Fiance and I had such an amazing time! Crew was helpful and accommodating! If you are coming from Miami leave 5 hours early! We almost didn’t make our trip but thankfully the crew waited for us! Bucket list check!

Ok

It was ok. Crew was friendly and helpful. Was a bit disappointed that we motored around for 3/4 of the 4-hr cruise, small time looking for dolphins (saw very few), and bypassed any of the islands. Pics in advertisement show (and mention) ‘sailing’, but there was none. Teen liked the snorkeling, but bored with the rest.

Sketchy operators

Be careful. These tour operators can also at the drop of a hat. I’ve had three excursions canceled. They always say “weather,” but there’s barely been any rain, let alone a big storm. And the ocean had been calm. Something sketchy going on. And if you book through Viator, it takes forever to get your refund. Which should be instantaneous.

We saw dolphins!

We saw dolphins! This was a great trip and we were thrilled to be able to see dolphins and sea turtles. Our captains were very knowledgeable about all the wildlife we saw. Snorkeling was good. We had some problems with our snorkels and masks, but the captains were helpful in trying to get them resolved.

Both the captain and our guide were wonderful! We had such an amazing time, we saw a huge sea turtle, two stings rays and so many fish at the reef they took us to! It was a wonderful trip and something my children will never forget!
