I received a phone call at my hotel room the night before confirming my morning pick up time. The Shuttle was within the window of arrival time. The driver was polite, helpful and friendly. I would take a Viator shuttle again.

have waited more than 20 minutes waiting for the shuttle to come the shuttle was scheduled to pick me at 5 45 am i had to go by foot in a hurry with luggage at 6am as no one was responding in your office after calling fortunately i could reach the airport at time for boarding this is not correct, you could have sent a message or call me to cancel

We booked this service for our arrival and departure. Flora our driver was there to greet us when we arrived. She drove us to Poipu and she was super friendly! For our departure, she arrived to our condo right on time and again very pleasant to talk to! I highly recommend this service if you go to Kauai, its easy and very reasonably priced. We will use them again for sure!
