It was a fun ride with my daughter. We were picked up by the owner and had a good conversation on the drive to the reserve. I think I must have misunderstood the description of the day. It said approximately 5 hours which I read to be 5 hours of riding/activity. It was about 2 hours total which ended up being ok. Still a fun time. We got to let a zebra and got some fun pictures. Despite the misleading description I would still recommend.
