It is a stunning hike and so interesting to see and hear the rocks and ice structures. Wonderful! We really enjoyed the challenges of walking on the ice and the beauty around us.

Maligne Canyon Ice Walk - March 5

Our family of 4 had a great experience with Jeff as our guide. Pick-up and drop off was smooth and on-time. The experience flew by and had a good mix of information, walking along the canyon's edge, venturing in at various points and a nice walk out along the river afterward. The sun was warming things up during our morning, so the tall boots and cleats came in handy. The addition of a few slides in spots was a lot of fun and likely kept us from falling and sliding unexpectedly ... definitely recommended to truly appreciate the beauty and power of the water in the canyon.

Well, the ice walk, which is why we went. You ask too much in your bothersome feedback request. I have no more to say.

We booked this tour and had an awesome time. Our guide Steve was the best. Very informative and gave lots of time for photos. Felt safe at all times. Wasn’t sure about wearing their boots but they were very comfortable and great for the water crossings. Lots of icy trails but cleats helped. All in all had a great time and highly recommend Steve as your tour guide😀

We spent New Years Day - 2022 doing the Maligne Canyon Ice Walk with our guide Luis. Our ice walk in the canyon was amazing! Our guide took great care of us, especially me who had had a previous rib injury a few weeks ago. He ensured that we were safe at all times, and able to do all the things he requested of us! I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants an exciting winter adventure!

Our tour guide Jeff was great. He was super responsive to everyone's needs and gave a great tour. This is a moderate trail with snow, ice and water crossings. Most could do this easily.

It was a spectacular walk. Definitely better with a guide than if we tried it ourselves. Even in the cold, we had fun.

It was very cool to see the frozen waterfalls and river we usually see in the summer. Too many people climbing and hiking the day we went. Was a much longer process then expected
