  • Walking (approximately 1.5 miles to and from the Fairy Pools) is involved, and some of this is on rough terrain
  • Seats will be assigned upon arrival - groups/couples will be seated together
  • The tour operates in all weather conditions but, if the Fairy Pools are inaccessible due to bad weather, we will visit alternative sights
  • Unfortunately, due to the duration of the tour and time on the coach, this tour is not appropriate for children under the age of six
  • We would recommend wearing/bringing warm clothes, hiking boots and waterproof jackets
  • Near public transportation
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers

The experience with WOW Scotland tours was fantastic. The places we visited were breathtakingly beautiful. The 12 hour tour took us to the most amazing scenery that one could imagine. The weather was on our side too with sun shining bright. Our tour guide cum driver , Shelby was an amazing lady who infused enthusiasm from the very outset. Gregor was our guide/driver and he was well informed with all things Scottish history. Great stories, poetry, music, random tidbits. The locations we stopped at were great and so beautiful. He made sure we were able to get some great scenic pictures at quick stops and even helped out some on bus take pictures as well. Long day for sure but we'll worth it. Be prepared to walk alot with the fairy pools which was main event for this trip. Had a blast and would do it again.

It was a very memorable journey the driver cum Guide was wounderful she explained every interesting point snd site beautifully Only issue with us was we four were senior citizens and were given back seats which we felt was not fair because being senior citizen we should be allotted front seats so that we could have enjoyed more

Our guide Rob was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and kind. He was funny but not corny. He made sure everyone got pictures and always volunteered to take your group's picture. It was 12 hours but went much faster than I thought. We had a family that was a problem the whole tour but he handled them so well and made sure they didn't ruin trip for rest of us. We are going on other tours and wish he would be our guide.

If you can get Andrew J, do! He is a natural story teller and had the whole bus hanging on his every word! We fed highland cows, saw some amazing sights and even though the weather was not in our favour - he took us to the best spots. I cannot say how much we enjoyed this tour - it is a 100% MUST DO!!!

Our guide/driver, Shelby, was a hoot and kept the ride lively, informative, and entertaining. When the rain made it impossible visit one of our scheduled stops she took us to Plockton, a picturesque and charming seaside village where we went to a small pub and got to mingle with the locals. It helped that Shelby was from the Isle of Skye and it made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Not only will you see the most mysterious and mystical landscapes ever, but this tour guide, Andrew, narrates a history of Scotland on the way back to Inverness. Andrew is funny, colorful, super smart and very Scottish. A true lover of Scotland, it was a special day for me.
