One of the best day trips out of Ho Chi Minh City (for locals and travelers alike) is Mui Ne, a palm-lined beach town with distinctly Vietnamese vibes. Departing from District 1, your itinerary will be a wild one—picture white sand dunes (where you can hop on a Jeep), lakes, a traditional fishing village, a “fairy stream,” and red sand dunes for one last treat: an exquisite sunset.

Fun and easy experience!

Johnny has been responsive to all our inquiries and has kept in contact before, during, and after the trip to make sure that everything was okay. Also The VIP limousine bus they arranged for our ride home was the best sleeper bus I’ve ever been. Angela who served as our tour guide for the day was also super nice and accommodating even though the group was a bit large that day (there was 18 of us). Will definitely recommend this tour package to anyone!

Johnny is very reliable and meticulous. He provides timely update of the plan and remains contactable if we need to reach out for clarification. Tour guide Mrs Thuy is very spontaneous and encourages us to venture out of our comfort zone for a more localised experience. Eg going barefoot at the sand dunes and fairy stream. Climbing slopes etc..

Amazing experience! Must do.

This was a great and organised tour. Johnny checked in a few times and made sure I had all the details I needed and usually when there’s not enough people for a tour, it would be cancelled but even though it was just my friend and I, the tour still continued. We were put on a luxury sleeping bus and had a driver and tour guide once we arrived. The only thing I would recommend is putting additional costs on the tour description such as the sand dune ATV ride on the sand dune. We just had enough money on us to pay for the ride but we wanted to tip our tour guide more. If we knew the costs of the ATV ride was up to 600,000 VND that would be helpful so we could bring more with us. This is not a bad comment at all, just make sure you have at least 2 million VND cash on you enough for activity and tip. I love the tour guide, she was very nice and we really wanted to tip her more!

My experience AT Mui NE was fine, the highlights of the trip were sliding down the sand dunes and the jeep ride. The let down was the journey to and from. As advertised you should be picked up from your hotel, but this required alot of persuading on my behalf. The person of contact kept requesting that i walk to the bus head office as it was very close, when I refused he then told me to take a taxi which he said he would pay for, I refused. AND then to take the absurdity level to another level, he then asked me to take a taxi to Mui Ne at a price of 800,000 to 2 million dong which he assured he would pay for when I arrived in Mui Ne. In the end we agreed that they would just pick me up as advertised. But a few days prior to the trip he asked me the following questions AGAIN. I refused to take an additional taxi to the bus office. The day arrives and I'm herded into a taxi which takes me to a bus office where I'm herded into another van to go to another bus office. Finally the bus arrives but it wasn't the bus I was suppose to be on. I found out that through the contact that I was supposed to be on the earlier and more comfortable and spacious 20 seater bus but instead I was on the later, 30+ cramped and sweaty bus. When I arrived, I then found out that due to the fact I was on the wrong bus, I had missed lunch. I was fine with this as I'm use to fasting but this meant my next meal would be at 11pm. EVERYTHING in between going to and from was fine. Fairy Stream, sand dunes etc etc. I was with my mom and she was starting to get hungry so we had to cut the trip to the red sand dunes short and eat some food before we headed back to HCMC. THEN on the way back, while the manager acknowledged his MISTAKE ON Arrival at Mui NE, he didn't remediate the situation. I stupidly assumed that he would put me on the more comfortable bus on the way back, but this wasn't the case. ANOTHER 5 hours of being in a cramped and sweaty bus to Ho Chi Minh. THE REASON for all of this mess happening to me? I believe the tour company overbooked or had too few people for the 'COMFY BUS' and so they put me on a cheaper bus to take me to Mui Ne. But the times didn't align and I ended up having to miss lunch. I asked some passengers and I grossly overpaid. You are better off going directly to these tour companies which you can find everywhere in HCMC for a quarter of the price. A fraction of price for the same service. On a positive note, he was very quick when replying.
