We had a great time by joining Viator"s Great Ocean Road tour. Our guide and driver Matthew was very friendly, kind, professional with a sense of humour. We visited so many stunning beautiful places, and he gave us explanations on the historical backgrounds of each places. Especially it was so helpful for non-native English speakers like us that he repeated important matters so that we could understand. The tour covered not only coastal viewpoints but also a rain forest short walking trail and encounters with wild koalas and parrots, so we were able to enjoy the diverse attraction of the great nature of the region. In the morning we had a nice morning tea on a beautiful beach, and there were opportunities to grab your lunch and snack if you needed. Another thing that impressed us was that the guide paid careful attention at COVID safety measures. That enabled us to stay safe and relax without any anxiety. Next time we visit Melbourne we definitely choose this tour company for our future holidays.

I went to this one day trip with my partner and it was an amazing experience! Matt is a terrific host and knowledgeable tour guide and kept us entertained throughout the trip. He made sure we got the best out of our trip by ensuring everyone was on time. Would definitely recommend.

This was a fantastic day, all from pickup to drop off. Very friendly and informative commentary. We did not realise that we would cover so much ground in a day excursion. When the company owner is the driver and commentator you know you are getting quality service. Would highly recommend this group to anyone visiting the Melbourne region.

It was a great experience! You can really tell Matt loves his job and he is extremely knowledgeable about each location and always provides insightful knowledge about everything. He has such a friendly and nice personality that gave us such a pleasant experience. Everything was very well planned and you will definitely feel satisfied after the itinerary they have planned. If I ever had the chance to, I would love to book with Wine Hop and Coastal Tours again! If anyone has a chance to, please book this tour! Thanks a lot Matt! 💕

The tour guide is good and caring. We learnt quite a lot from Matt.
The trip is very fruitful because the sceneries are beautiful.
But the meal-time is quite a bit of rush though.

In relation to the meal time we had an hour for lunch and 45mins for our dinner stop. Please keep in mind the dinner stop time given was selected by the group as a whole. We asked the group to set the time based on how long they would like which you guys were included in and you all came back with 45mins. There was no time limit set by the company.
That said I thank you again for taking the time to review and I respect your opinion.
