The only thing that was bad is it was cold outside other than that we had a great time. Boat ride person was informative & funny, food was great, & the show was great.

Great Teip

The boat ride to the Island was absolutely breathtaking. The island itself was beautiful and the food and entertainment after dinner was also fantastic. Our family of 4 thought that that overall value for 4 hours of entertainment far exceeded the cost for this trip. Well worth it and would highly recommend.

Food is crap, the tour is ok, but the worst is that they fooled people telling to pay parking in advance were there was no fee to pay, I left my car in front of the boat pier same side and there was no fee and they make me pay 7 dollars what a shame!!!

I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy the food. Normally guests rave about it. What was you major concern with the food,Was it the side dishes? Or the Ribs or chicken? In regards to parking the front spots are for handicapped only with a handicapped parking plaque which is free. Our guests are instructed to park at the Bahia Mar Resort and Marina. The fee for our guests is 7.00 which we take at the box office.Without purchasing from us you would have been charged $18.00 from the hotel. Thank you

The hour boat ride was beautiful and seeing the homes on the river was very nice! The island and foods was more than worth the price!! The ribs were great so were the fix’s that with the main meal. The entertainment was fun and good. The dancers for the last act were fantastic!! We would highly recommend this for anyone or everyone!!! We will do this again when we are back in Florida!!!

Very nice trip and food was good. We went to the 6:00 trip and some places still had Christmas stuff up so that was a plus.

Poor Management
Glenys_S
, Jan 2021
The entire evening was ruined by the inappropriate handling by management of two parties fighting. Rather than remove the instigators, management engaged in the conflict immediately in front of us, We tried to explain to management who the instigator was, having witnessed the whole altercation, but still management would not listen to us and continued to interrupt the show, choosing to side with the party purchasing bottles of champagne, intoxicated, and verbal. The innocent party gained no assistance whatsoever!!! Not handled well at all and we are now considering NOT returning with family and friends next month for a birthday celebration where 20+ people were invited.

Boat tour was good. Dinner and entertainment not so much.

The boat ride was great. Fun trivia and good corny jokes. The Barbeque dinner was okay. The service was good. However, I discovered a long hair in my cole slaw which ruined my appetite, so we didn’t not eat much. The singer during dinner was good. The after dinner entertainment was hit and miss. We sat in the back and had difficulty hearing the ventriloquist. The comedian seemed off that night and wasn’t very good. The magician was great; would have liked to see more of him. And the dancers were very good, too. Looking back on the experience, my wife and I would have preferred to take the boat tour during the day and skip the dinner and entertainment.

Nice Cruise and Fun Experience

Canal tour of Expensive Homes and Yatchts and the beautiful night sky line of Ft. Lauderdale. Stop at the Island was fun as well. We saw lots of wild Iguanas asleep in trees as soon as the ship docked.

Great Experience; Will do again!

GREAT experience! We will do this again. Boat ride over was very informative and we were amazed by the amount of luxury yachts we saw! Guide seemed to know what was what as well. Dinner was truly ALL you can eat; ribs and chicken were very tasty and dinner entertainment was very engaging. Show was good (loved the magician!) but kinda like a cruise ship show (not a bad thing). Ride back: the captain was beyond skilled navigating that river! Kuddos to the whole team!!
