Fort Lauderdale Airport and Hotels to Port of Miami

I booked this in advance, always having good luck with Viator. For some reason I was uncomfortable with this purchase so the morning we were to use them I called to make sure they knew our pick up location. First they couldn’t find the reservation, then they found it but said they were ‘too busy’ and wouldn’t be able to get there until an hour and a half later than they were supposed to, when I told him that was unacceptable he told me I’d be better off having Uber take us. When I reminded him that I’d already paid through Viator he put me on hold for several minutes then said he’d send someone right away. A nice young man showed up to drive us to Miami Port, the van was dirty on the inside, it was missing air vent covers throughout the van, it was dented and not well taken care of and at least 15 years old! Driver was great - company stunk - do yourself a favor and do what he suggested I do - order an Uber to take you instead!
