I was contacted the day of excursion and told that I was scheduled for 1pm but when I booked it showed me 10-6pm for the excursion. Then dolphin cove stated that it should be in the booking that it must be scheduled but never stated that I must schedule. I tried to reschedule for 6pm and was told that it’s against the law to ride at 6pm. Which that also wasn’t stated in the booking either. Therefore I wasn’t able to go to the excursion at all. I am very disappointed that all this information wasn’t stated on the booking. I request a refund for Donald Watkins and Derrick Archie has due to me being misinformed about the rules.
