Very good tour, although definitely not for the easily offended type. Good local knowledge with a tonne of humour thrown in

Our guide Daniel was witty and informative both. Perhaps more suitable for teens than children although our 13 year old boy was much amused by the occasional strong Scottish terms.

Educational fun with clever charisma

Daniel provided pertinent and impertinent facts about Edinburgh, Scotland, and England (cue "Boo!" card) on the tour. We appreciated the small-group personal (yes, he will learn your name) interactions and his arsenal of anecdotal historical/hysterical inside takes on everything from Scottish inns to insects. As a university history major and former history teacher, Daniel actually knows plenty, and he delivers it in a canny, stand-up comic fashion--so be prepared for ribald riffs and lots of outlandishness. Prudes may find it imprudent; I enjoyed a fresh, fun take from the fellow dressed to kilt.

This was the highlight of our European trip Not only was the comedian hysterically funny (as you might expect) but also very informative with so much history which he imparted so passionately that time just flew by so quickly. I would've paid much more for a tour of such high calibre. THANY YOU We loved it!!

Well worth doing this tour if you love a good laugh. Daniel was very funny and full of knowledge on the history of Edinburgh. The rain added to the atmosphere of the tour but Daniel gave up his umbrella to keep me dry.Thank you Daniel. 😊

Highly recommend! If you’re going to do a sightseeing tour you may as well do it with a stand up comedy! We saw and learned lots and Daniel made it very entertaining and was so funny - he kept us all involved and I didn’t want the tour to end!
