Alan was great! History and stories of Scotland kept us entertained all day. We stopped at Melrose for lunch was just right as it gave us time to visit the Abby.

Lovely day out,not even spoilt by the weather.Rosslyn Chapel was beautiful.Had lunch and a look around Melrose Abbey followed with Hadrian's wall and Housesteads Roman Fort and last of all Jedburgh. The Driver Alan was a fountain of knowledge, what he didn't know about history we clearly didn't need to know.He is a credit to the company.Well worth the money and look forward to doing another trip next year.

Absolutely wonderful day and Graham went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves! We learned so much, both about the sites we were scheduled to visit, as well as about interesting bits we passed along the way...not to mention a bit about Scottish and English history. I couldn't recommend this tour more highly! Definitely 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!!

Bad weather , Good experiences

Very nice tour. After the visit of Rosslyn Chapel , we was informed that Hadrian’s wall was closed because of the bad weather, we can’t walk up the wall , our guide Graham then brought us to the hill, we took some nice pic there. He had found another archaeological site as an replacement for us. We also enjoyed the visit. Graham was professional and friendly, we had a good time.

No worry about weather!

For me in short it was a very nice tour! The weather was unfortunately bad (it snowed), and some places were closed. However, they offered us a good plan B, went to another archeological site, and most importantly we managed to visit Hadrian's Wall after all! We did not walk up the hill as originally scheduled. Instead the coach brought us up to the hill then we got off the coach and took some time to walk around. Guided by Graham we have a pleasant short trip indeed!

This was by far our best tour in Scotland, with our tour guide Ian. Ian is super knowledgeable and very entertaining. Of course, the sites are something else too! Rosslyn Chapel is a truly magical space and there's loads of historical information to take in. Hadrian's Wall/ Fort is another spectacular site that will take you right back as you can imagine the site at the time it was in use.

Great tour but bad time of year!

The tour itinerary was great and iain our guide/driver was amazing and helpful and knowledgeable, the only hinderance was the weather, it was rainy most of the day, and the wind was really bad. We (the 3 in my family) didn’t even risk the walk to hadrians wall because of the wind.
