Entertaining Tour from Start to Finish!

What a fabulous time! Could not have asked for more- what I enjoyed from the start was the fact that this was a small group/ smaller size bus, so we were in and out of every stop with ease. Pickup was a breeze in the center of Old Town. Hands down Best driver and guide ever! I was a solo traveler so I got the honor of copilot, with great views (score!). I learned so much about Scottish history from our guide, the heroes, bravery and even some music as we tested our lungs to some tunes. We saw the beauty of the Kelpies, the Highlands and Loch Lomond, it felt so personal and overall a great time. Stirling Castle is all a castle should be in its glory. I chose the whisky tasting and also got a photo op at Doune castle (aka GoT Winterfell). Whisky did not disappoint. The drive was exciting with all its twists and turns and hills and oh The Hairy Coos!!!! Adorable! Would highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting- they go above and beyond to make this a memorable time!

We visited many different places, from equine sculptures at Kelpies to the wonderful Stirling Castle. And let’s not forget Loch Lomond, that rendered me terrific pictures.

The Hairy Coo! Our bus driver Stephen was hilarious and played fun music. We went to the Kelpies and Stirling castle. There was a free guided tour of the castle that was great. Next we went to Loch Lomond for lunch and a hike if you wish. It’s surprisingly steep so wear comfy shoes and layered clothes (we worked up a little sweat!). Then there was a beautiful drive through the Dukes Pass to see the Highlands. It was an “absolutely GARgeous” day so we took a short walk to see a waterfall (this was is much easier and everyone goes). So many bluebells were blooming, it was just lovely. Last stop in Doune to do the castle or the Deanston distillery. We did the distillery whisky tour. Much was closed for maintenance but the tour was still good and we got a quick tasting at the end. Great day and great sites. Would definitely recommend it!

Fabulous day in Scotland

This was a terrific full day tour. Our guide, John, was entertaining and shared so many great stories about Scotland. John kept the stories and information relevant to each of our stops. A surprise for us was the stop to see the Kelpies, which we knew nothing about These figures were magnificent and were a great start to the tour. Sterling Castle was a delight with the tales of Robert the Bruce that John shared in mind. We were given plenty of time to experience each stop. There was never a sense of being rushed to move on. This was a great way to see a bit of the geography and history of a Scotland. It could have only been improved with a bit more whisky at our final stop and more stories from John. Wish We could give this tour a sixth star - it was well worth it!

Favorite thing we did our entire honeymoon! Loved Harry Coos, and our guide Colin was a delight! He was funny, he was informational, he was a wealth of knowledge and hilarity. The trip packed in exactly the right amount of stuff to see and do, the entire drive was perfectly planned and more breathtaking than I could have imagined- I had no idea we'd see so much in one day! It was absolutely perfect and we both loved every second of it, would have loved to join his next day trip to Loch Ness, but we were leaving for our next stop.

This was a great tour! We met at the bus around 8:30am and ventured into the Highlands with our driver/guide, Jackie. She was funny and informative. We stopped at the Kelpies, fed a Hairy Coo, Stirling Castle, Deanston Distillery, etc. It was a packed day and returned back to Edinburgh around 6:30 in the evening. I would recommend this tour and would consider one of the overnight tours my next visit.
