The Great Buggy Ride

Great buggy ride around the central part of Curacao. Went to a cave near the coast and also a tremendous blow-hole. Most of the areas would not be easy to reach in a car. Also saw a large flock of flamingoes on the trip. Vernon was a great guide and very informative about the island and history as well as the sites that we visited. Our group ranged in age from 3 to 72 and all had a great time. The 3-year-old thought riding in the "monster trucks" was great. Would strongly recommend for any group that is looking of adventure a little of the normal route.

Vernon is an amazing guide . I was expecting that we would drive and follow him but instead we were chauffeured! So many things to see - so different from the city side . He surprised us by taking us to Williwood where I had the most Amazing goat burger . We were gone for over four hours and ended at Kokomo where I snorkeled for half an hour ( you can also scuba there if you are certified )! Great way to spend the early afternoon .

Our adventure was at 10 am on January 1st., on the 31st. I received a text asking me if was possible to do it at 11 am which I agreed, he never showed up and received a text at 11:30 am saying that he was sorry. We were very disappointed with the irresponsibility of the tour guide.

Hi guys we are very sorry for that i was up and searching for gas station who where all closed that day so i couldn't get gas to do the trip and that's why at 1130 i msgd you cause i had no wifi on the streets but every thing was closed tht day so it wasn't in my hands i tried but everything was closed so sorry for that

What a fun and unique way to see Curaçao! We had a great time seeing sights you could never reach by car. Driving the dune buggy through rugged terrain was really fun also! Vernon was a great host and we’ll always remember this experience!

Vernon is the best tour guide that you could wish for. He is very patient (also funny) and take his time to show you the high lights of this tour. He will let you take your time to take pictures and if you like, he will take some for you too :-) good photographer. The tour itself was really awesome, we have seen some caves, flamingos, blow hole etc.. and went to kokomo beach for a swim. You could ask for his advice for some good food and other tours on the island, too bad we did not have enough time to hang out together :-( Still want to try 'De Visserij" Please try to goat burger menu if you book this tour, we were very pleased surprised how good it tasted. Vernon goes out of his way to give you a personalized tour. He is very laid back and knows the island and it seems everyone on it. Very accommodating and flexible making sure you never fell hurried. He wants you to enjoy it. Great time
