We got confused on the time and were a little late. The vendor refused to accommodate my party with another excursion and refused a refund of any kind. I will never use Viator again.

We left our ship at 7:45AM to be at the Trolley Stop at 8:30AM. The stop was difficult to find since there were many different tours and vehicle rentals in the area creating a lot of crowds and confusion. When we arrived at he Trolley stop, we were told that the trolley had left an hour ago. No one told us that the ship's time was different than Cozumel time. More specific information would have given us the opportunity to see the sights of Cozumel.
