Unfortunately I have to rate this a 1. No one at the airport knew what or whom we were talking about. I showed them my printed receipt and that didn't help. I wanted to avoid all the sales people in the airport and instead talked to most of them..all people pretending to be Viator. We were at the airport for over an hour before someone figured out whom and what we needed. Everyone from our flight was gone. We were 4 people standing outside waiting for someone. I would not recommend this arrival transfer until Viator is better known or represented at the airport. I sent all of my flight and arrival information when I booked but apparently it didnt go to the right place. I was expecting to see a smiling face in an orange shirt and instead got lots of people pushing us from one salesperson to another. Very disappointing.
