The beach was beautiful! Our massages were perfect! I’m giving them 3 stars because the food was ok and the cabana we reserved wasn’t ready when we got there. It took much longer than we had planned to get over to Cozumel so it would have been nice if everything was ready. I never received my rose either. I would probably come back if I’m ever in the area again I just wouldn’t spend the money on this package because it didn’t end up being worth the extra money.

Our host, Audron was an amazing guy. He was very polite and helpful. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He had made sure we were taken care of all day! Our couples massage was also a great time. Catana and Reyna were our massage therapists. They made us feel extremely comfortable and relaxed. The views here were breath taking. The beach was wonderful, no rocks. There were so many activities to do. The food was spectacular. Fish tacos and homemade coconut ice cream hit the spot. Also, highly recommend the tamarind drink with the chili salt ring. There is no other taste like it.

Sancho’s has an amazing beach with clear aqua waters. The service is great too. They are always ready to bring you whatever you need or want! We did the full day of romance package and got a cabana and massage. The massages were also excellent. Would recommend.

I was really hesitant about paying $230 for this package, but it was totally worth it!!! Got to hold an iguana and just relax in the cabana!! So beautiful and lots of extras to do as well!!!

We had a very good time at Mr. Sancho's. We had a cabana and they were nice. The service is impeccable. Jose never let us go without anything. The massages by Alma & Cata were great! The food is good and the coconut shrimp is a MUST try. We met some really cool people at the pool and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There are several places to buy souvenirs on the property. Free WiFi is available in a certain area. My only request is for more sunny areas.

Miriam was our tour guide. She was a very sweet lady and gave us knowledge of the local area and it’s culture. I believe the drivers name was Pedro but not sure. I’m glad he was driving... because if you’re not familiar with the driving style... don’t drive yourself! Their knowledge of the Ruins was very informative. And the added bonus is they got us back to our ship in plenty of time. I would certainly use this group again.
