We had a great time! The water was choppy due to wind, but our guide was great and we were still able to kayak without having any previous experience. Lunch was delicious, drinks included, and we even had the lagoon to ourselves for a few hours!

We took this tour while on a cruise. The tour office was convenient to the cruise port, about a 10 minute walk. Our tour guide, Ed, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location of the tour in Bacalar was remote, but very beautiful. The day of the tour was very windy, so the water was choppy and not very clear. It was also more difficult than usual to paddle as a result. But in all, we really enjoyed the tour, especially the property where the tour was located and the lunch.

Our trip was amazing. The food was delicious and the water was amazing. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5 is because they had us on the wrong ship and our trip was cut by 3 hours. We would have loved to spend the entire time there.
