Terrible, Guide was a No Show

We showed up, the tour guide never showed up. It was next to impossible to contact the tour company. We called many numbers. We had to look up the company online to find a working number to contact the company. The numbers provided on this site all said they were disconnected. We never got our tour. We were eventually informed they had no tours scheduled in Cologne for the day we booked. Attempting to get refunded currently. Save your time and money. Do not book this trip.
