Great variety of food, Dylan was energetic and full of knowledge. We got to see lots of sights that I wouldn’t of seen or known about if I hadn’t taken the tour. Highly recommend it.

Obviously the food was great, but the tour was nicely broken up between facts about the city and the actual food. Gabe was the best tour guide ever!

Not really impressed

Very good guide but the food itself was pretty forgettable. The pizza particularly was quite ordinary. Best food offering was the Italian beef.
icon Response from Host , Oct 2021
Hi John, thanks for your feedback. We are a bit confused by your feedback as this tour promotes the famous foods invented here in Chicago such as Chicago-style pizza, hot dogs and Italian Beef. And this is how we explain it in the tour description. We would love to discuss further what your expectations were going into the tour that caused your expectations not to be met. Please feel free to email us at contactus @ bobbysbikehike.com so we can learn more. We do have other tours if you're interested in 'foodie' type experiences, but this tour focuses on the Chicago-style foods. For future guests, it is important to note this tour samples from Lou Malnati's Pizzeria (the most popular Chicago-style pizza amd Lou helped invent the Chicago pie), Billy Goat Tavern (a Chicago institution made famous by the SNL skit) for Chicago-style hot dogs, and a local ma-and-pa serving up amazing gourmet Italian beef sandwiches along the Riverwalk. The other thing guests should note is while you can get these food items at plenty of places in the City, we want to make sure you see the best sites as well on this tour. And there is only so many places you can cover on a walking tour, but this tour covers the best of Chicago such as Michigan Avenue, the Wrigley Building, Riverwalk, the Iconic Chicago theatre, and a full tour of Millennium Park. So when you combine the best of Chicago foods with the best of Chicago attractions, we think this tour delivers quite nicely. But we're sorry it didn't meet your expectations. Let us know if there is a better way for us to describe this tour as we're always eager to exceed expectations. Or at the very least meet them.

So much fun and soooo much food. Don’t eat breakfast! Our guide was Dylan and his knowledge of Chicago history and architecture was vast. He made everything so interesting. And the food was delicious, in 2 previous trips to Chicago I had never tried any of the well known foods. I will never NOT have a Chicago dog again.
