Maria was fantastic! She took us on an in depth tour of the market while shopping for food we would prepare in her very nice studio kitchen. Everything was perfect! She taught us her culture while we cooked some traditional foods of Columbia. A must do while in Columbia!

María is super cool with an interesting life story and a non-traditional path to becoming a chef and restauranteur. This was the most fun I've ever had taking a cooking class, and the food turned out amazing. If you take any cooking class in Cartagena this should be it.
