Following pickup at your hotel in the morning, board the comfortable tour vehicle and settle in for the ride to Puerto Morelos. Get to know your small group while enjoying coffee, pastries, and chocolate. Learn about the unusual geological formations that you are about to visit, a network of underground caves connected by subterranean rivers.

Each cenote represents a different element: earth, water, fire, and air. Hear about the Mayan legends and mysticism that surround these sinkholes and the myth of the alux, or spirit beings that guard the cenotes.

Rappel down the rock walls of Lu’um (earth), a young and semi-open cenote. Here, water flows horizontally and connects to the aquifer through tunnels and caves. Finally, zoom along parallel ziplines at Lik’ and feel your adrenaline pumping on this high-flying adventure across the pool. Enjoy swimming in the slow-flowing water of this ancient cenote, which is fully exposed to the lush vegetation due to its collapsed walls.

K’aak (fire) is an open cenote with underground currents, surrounded by vertical walls and interesting landscapes. Interact with nature as you paddle a kayak or float in an inner tube amid the verdant jungle. Visit Ha’ (water), a cavern cenote with aquatic fauna and beautiful rock formations, and explore underwater gardens of water lilies in a stunning natural setting. Snorkel in calm waters with great visibility as you come face to face with colorful fish.

Eat a gourmet picnic lunch accompanied by beer, water, wine, and coffee before returning to your hotel for drop-off.

There is not enough words to describe this day! It was amazing and very special. Ricardo was our guide , but in the end he was a friend. He said important Mayan history and culture with us along the drive as well as during the tour which made the trip to the cenotes even more special as I was welcomed Into their world. It was beautiful and absolutely perfect! I can’t wait to come back again with my teens. Thank you for welcoming me in and giving such a beautiful gift 🤗

This tour was top-notch!! I highly recommend. Our guides were extra safe- providing hand sanitizer, wearing masks and eye protection, and providing sanitary snacks and lunch. This company was well prepared for safety due to Covid. The tour itself was so fun! It was not rushed nor lagged. Zip lining and rappelling were our favorites. All the cenotes varied, and we got to see bats! Our driver and guide, Baurilio (sp), was very accommodating! Way to go Xcaret! Thanks for a memorable day.

Great experience at the cenotes. Had a great tour guide and photographer, as they were very knowledgeable and entertaining! So happy we were able to experience this. Only issue was limited mask use in the van.

Tour was amazing! We had a blast! Our guide David was super friendly and helpful. Make sure you arrange hotel pickup with the tour company in advance. And bring water shoes! They provide a snack after the first stop and a delicious lunch after the third stop. Beer and wine included, too! We were picked up at our hotel at 9:00 AM and dropped back off around 5:15. It was a highlight of our week in Cancun:)

Braulio Awesome!! Photographer Mario is a Weasel!!

This tour was awesome, our main tour guide Baulio was amazing! He was the best, very accommodating and treated our group with professionalism and patience. However, my biggest gripe is the little photographer weasel Mario. Mario attempted to "gringo tax" me as a Mexican-American. I bought the $69 package of photos and decided to pay in pesos to which we agreed to 1,300 pesos even. I handed this doofus 1,500 pesos and when Mario returned with my change he did not come back with 200 pesos. He came back with around 135 pesos, he was trying to snake me out of 65 pesos. Yes, I know its 65 pesos. But it is the whole principal of the matter. Mario tells me 1,300 pesos, I give 1,500 pesos and expect 200 pesos back. Not with Mario!!! He wants to then get in an argument that I did not understand the price and he tries to show me the receipt where he wrote 1,365. However, this moron forgot I had brought my girlfriend and that we both speak Spanish. He felt so stupid he complied and gave me back my 200 pesos in front of everyone. Mario ruined my experience and is a poor representation of the company. He literally should be fired and/or ostracized from this company's premises. I attended on 02/01/2020 which was my 35th birthday! Thanks Mario!! You shmuck..

Worth It.

This tour is worth it. It takes you to 4 different cenotes and each one has a different activity. Full of fun and adventure. You will be in a swimsuit all day. Bring swim shoes - flip flops will not cut it. Also bring a waterproof case for your cell phone if you want to take photos - they also sell them prior to the tour if you forget. This is the only tour we did and we did not regret it!
