The good: The tour company was in frequent communication about when and where to meet the guide; guide was upbeat and knowledgeable; local guide at Tulum was enjoyable. The frustrating: With about 12 people in our snorkel group, it was difficult to stay close enough to the guide to be able to see turtles. The excursion also included a professional photographer, who was helpful and friendly... but then we had to sit through the obligatory "please buy our photo dvd" presentation.

Hello, hoping you are having a good time, sorry that you have that situation, just i would like to clarify that the excursion was not booked through us then unfortunatelly there is nothing i can do even i dont know which company you went with.
