GOOD BUT NOT GREAT

Got a lot of information on Brussels on the tour but bus tour part is just a drive not a true tour. You only see the sites out a window. Antwerp tour was very good. In Antwerp you are off the bus for most of the time. We had two stops after we were back on the bus and they were great. Going to top of building and being able to see 360* view of Antwerp and then stop at Centraal Station were real highlights. You must see the Centraal Station.

Get ready to walk in Antwerp

The Brussels sightseeing tour was great. Antwerp was a lot of walking but very interesting. My only suggestion is that if you want to see the diamond factory do not tour on a Saturday. It is in the Jewish part of town and their stores are closed on Saturdays. Otherwise very good trip.

The tour I took filled the requirements that I wanted. I had only a short couple of days to see as much as I could of Brussels and Antwerp and I did just that. The bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was skilled. Even the hotel pickup and return at the end of the day was well executed. The guides were more than knowledgeable as they told us exactly what we needed to know at each stop and as we were in between. The tour definitely told me that I want to return with my wife and spend more time in Brussels and Antwerp.

Very good tour of 2 beautiful cities. Guides were very knowledgable and in Antwerp had plenty of free time to look around. Only disappointment in Brussels was not stopping at the overlook where a panoramic view of the city would have been amazing. When you go to the top of the museum the glass screen have a small circular cut out on each side. However this can be busy so as the glass is quite high a camera with a rotating screen so you can hold the camera above your head and still see the image is recommended.

Likes: Friendly knowledgable tour guide Ability to see a lot in a shorter time than doing it on our own Could live without: Four Spanish female who already know each other seem interested in very loud socializing on the bus. They made the tour unpleasant by annoying the passenger who were seating in-front of them with laud comments/laughter. It's should be a tour guide responsibility to establish an order and respect on the bus/tour so everyone enjoys it. It was very hard to hear the guide on the streets, especially due to the large group booking around 42-46pax. Ear buds are really needed on walking part of the tour.
