This was a great tour. Our guide, Avo, did a wonderful job showing the best in Brussels. All the tastings were delicious and the beers where extraordinary. Ova gave us a great facts and history of Belgium and Brussels. It was like visiting a friend who took you to all the best places.

Excellent tour! Avo is extremely knowledgeable and took us to a variety of chocolate shops and bars we would never have found on our own. He provided plentiful samples of chocolate, beer, and waffles. He was also very accommodating and provided alternatives to those in our group that do not drink beer.

Good tour, Unprofessional tour guide.

I'd like to start by saying the tour and the information was good. The guide was knowledgeable and we got to see some of the top sights in Brussels which was fantastic. We were traveling with our 10 month old daughter and I sent a message a couple weeks prior to say we would be traveling with a stroller. On arrival the guide said he didn't see the stroller message until today (not my fault) and so we said if it was an issue we would use the baby carrier instead. He told us yes we should do that so my husband ran the stroller back to our Airbnb. Minor inconvenience but not a big deal. The chocolate tour was first and it was delicious and informative. After a number of stops we began the beer tasting portion. I loved that there was a snack set up for us at the first place. My only wish (which was echoed by another couple in the group when we chatted in private) was that we wish the guide had brought out the beer and talked about it as we sipped. He spent a considerable amount of time talking before we ever tried anything. By this point in the day we just wanted to enjoy the beer over the conversation of it's history and it would have been markedly more enjoyable to drink while he explained all the details and history of Belgian beer. After we left the first bar we knew our little one was getting a little feisty so we had a feeling we wouldn't make it to the end of the tour. No big deal to us, it's expected with traveling often with a young child and so we knew it may happen. After we got to the next bar one of the other people on the tour needed to leave early. We had again been sitting for quite some time while the guide talked and talked and we had yet to get our first beer. At that time the other person said goodbye and got up to leave because she had a work thing early the next day. The guide left with her and went outside for about 10 minutes. After he came back he said, "I don't understand her. She showed up late then leaves early! If you can't do the whole tour then you shouldn't come on the tour!" It was awkward to hear him bad mouth a guest. Since everyone at the table had been discussing how long winded he was and we had said we would be leaving shortly it was extremely uncomfortable to hear him complaining about how that other person chose to leave early. I thought it was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Not to mention ridiculous. We paid money and if we want to leave the tour early... THAT's OUR CHOICE! Needless to say we left early and his attitude at the end ruined the whole experience. I don't recommend this tour simply because I thought the guide was ungrateful for our business and unprofessional to speak the way he did about the other guests.

The best tour in Brussels I'm sure! Firstly the tour is comprehension you learn a ton about, chocolate, beer, whiskey and you eat a ton you will not be hungry chocolate Lots, beers Lots, cheese, sausage, pizza, waffles! Value for price extremely high! We went to pubs and shops you would never find. This is a food tour but I learned lots of Brussels history as well. Allow enough time for this tour I would say between 6-7hours. I loved it and would do it again and again! If I could give it more stars I would!

Avo was an incredible tour guide. The history and background behind each chocolate and each beer was above and beyond my expectations. I also firmly believe that you will not find a better tour than this - especially when it comes to the beer selection. Buy your ticket - you will not regret it!

We had a great day, walking, indulging in Brussels's finest indulgences and learning about the history of the city. I highly recommend if you have an afternoon and night to spend. Well worth the money. Also, I don't like beer and the tour guide made accommodation for me to enjoy yummy wine!
