StevenB Boston Trip - Sept. 2021

The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed the adventure and the historic aspect of the trip. I would highly recommend it to others. I didn't care for staying 2 hours at the mockup village area. Could have done it in 1 hour and then returned to hotel since its an 11 hour day but overall it was a good trip.

Our guide Chris knows so much history!!! Pointed out areas of interest in time so that we could see as we were driving. Plenty of time to unload and experience the sites

Great Trip to Plymouth

Our family, parents and child, loved this bus trip! We enjoyed the narration as our tour guide and driver Kristin took us through quaint New England towns along the way. We were glad that we got to see and do so much with the various stops. We only wish we could have had time to explore more of Plymouth after seeing the Mayflower. The slow service at the lunch spot we chose took too much of the time. We highly recommend this trip.

Boston to Plymouth

Always wanted to see the Mayflower. So this was a good opportunity. Unfortunately it rained through out the trip so walking around was not easy. It would have helped if the pick up times were clearly stated. Also at one of the bathroom stops there was only one bathroom for both men and women so it took a while before we got back on the bus. There should be more than just the driver for these trips, one extra person is needed for talking about the tourist attractions. It is difficult for driver to talk and drive all at the same time. That said it was a pretty ok trip considering the amount of driving we would have to do if we had gone on our own.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your opinion. Unfortunately, we can not control the weather or everyday would be perfect. I am not sure what you mean by pickup times being stated as our pickup times are made clear to our guests prior to booking. We also do not have control over the restrooms. Our guides are professionals and have no problem speaking while they are driving. They are not holding a microphone, they have a headset on. I'm not sure if it is difficult for you to speak and drive, but it absolutely is not for a trained tour guide. I certainly wish that you had enjoyed the trip more, but at least you didn't have to drive. Sincerely, Stephen M. Belcastro President New England Trips Inc.

Kristen is the best!!

This was a nice, relaxing day. Kristen is an amazing tour guide. I highly recommend her. We went to Quincy, Massachusetts first, and saw the John Quincy Adams home. We also went to the very first Dunkin’ Donuts! That was fun. Kristen took us through several small quaint Massachusetts towns, telling us about the architecture as we drove through. She also took us by a little known site called the Monument to the Forefathers. It is amazing. In Plymouth we went on the Mayflower II and Plymouth Rock, then had plenty of free time for lunch and shopping. A beautiful day.
