The tour guide was 45 min late. She tried to make it up with a few extra stops but we figured she was receiving kickbacks from them. The biggest complaint was that she did not provide the information that was expected from the description. She actually left while we were at the City of Refuge and we had to hunt through the parking lot for her. She came back shortly. Just disappointed compared to the other tours we took while staying in Kona.
