This is a SELF-GUIDED tour that charges double the actual cost

Very disappointed, as the description did not specify that this was a self-guided tour anywhere, and my confirmation even said "meet your guide" at the bus. All this "tour" provided was bus tickets and boat tickets. No guide, itinerary, nothing. While disappointing, I would have still been happy had I not looked up the prices for the bus and boat journeys and realized booking them myself would have been less than HALF the price I was charged! The company responded that the inflated price was because the bus and boat were sold out that day, which is simply not true. The bus was basically empty and I looked up booking both the same day and there was availability. Simply searching on Google for fjord tours I found another company offering the EXACT same self-guided service for about $150 less. So do yourself a favor and ignore this "tour" and instead purchase tickets directly from the bus and boat operators. You will receive the exact same thing for half the price. Better yet, book the wonderful train from Bergen to Myrdal, and then transfer to the scenic Flam railway down to Flam. From there you can catch the boat back to Bergen. This is the first and last time I will book a tour on Viator with 0 reviews, and I only did so because my (slightly cheaper) GUIDED tour cancelled on me.
