- Child rate applies only when sharing with 2 paying adults
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- All persons must be at least 40 inches tall to participate in the cave tubing adventure
- All persons must not exceed a 48-inch waist size to participate in the zip-line adventure
- The cave tubing hike is about a mile on a flat nature trail and you float back down through the caves and open river
- There are short hikes between the platforms for the zip-lining to go to a higher platform
- Van/bus for travel also acts as the locker for all dry clothing, etc.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Guest coming off a cruise ship must meet us out side of terminal one as soon as possible after ship docks and we use ship time and not local time to meet.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 35 travelers

We were very disappointed that the cave tubing part of our adventure was canceled due to flooding of the caves, but the guides were very friendly and clearly explained the issue to us and gave us the alternative of exploring the Altun Ha Mayan Ruins or of getting a refund. Fredd, our guide for the day, was extremely knowledgable and kept us entertained with great stories and anecdotes throughout the whole day! Overall, a fun experience mainly due to the great guide we had, albeit slightly sad due to no prior cave tubing cancellation notice.

Fred was the man! Small guy but hilarious the and the locals call him “John Cena” because he is a black belt. He will make sure your time runs smoothly and got us back to the port with time to shop right before we boarded. The excursions were cool as well and despite almost half of all tourists doing these excursions we got right in and had no wait. I recommend water shoes and an underwater phone case for the cave tubing but they have them both there at the cave tubing place for rent for $3-$5 if you need them. The ziplining did go quick as there was only 6 zip lines and if you’ve done it before it’s nothing crazy but can’t beat the price for both the excursions and the rainforest views while cave tubing Through the River is probably the best value that Belize has to offer

Our tour guide “Bull” was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, caring and comedic during the tour. He knew a lot about the country and maya culture. He also gave us knowledge about our tours we were doing by ourselves. Definitely going through his company for my next Belizean adventure!!!
The zip line portion was better than...

The zip line portion was better than I expected. Multiple lines and excellent guides/staff. Our shuttle driver Erik was also our guide for the cave tubing and did an excellent job taking us safely through this amazing system. We also were able to stop on the way back to have lunch at the Belize City Zoo, which I highly recommend.
