We do make sure that all the snorkeling equipment is sanitized before, after and in between trips and have reduced our capacity considerably to ensure enough distance between our guests on board. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the snorkeling and that you said the value of the package could not be matched. Of course we take your concerns and complaint seriously so after reading your review about the lack of professionalism and attention from our crew during the catamaran snorkeling cruise we immediately started an internal investigation. They both stated that they did pose on the request from other guests for photos but never in an unappropriated way. Furthermore they acknowledged that they allowed some guests to stand behind the steering wheel for another photo opt which is not uncommon but the captain never let the guest have control over the maneuvering of the catamaran and was in control the entire time. Both the Captain and first mate have been with us for over 10 years and have an impeccable track record. They did spend some extra time on the bigger group that was onboard also because they were very active and had a great appetite for our open bar which took more of the crews time than usual. We do apologize that the service during the catamaran cruise did not live up to your expectations and we hope you will return one day so we can show to you that the Delphi Watersports crew will give you the attention you deserve.
