Most visitors opt for a half-day class, which typically includes a visit to a local market to learn about regional ingredients, followed by a hands-on lesson in a traditional Chinese farmhouse. How to Get There
The Yangshuo Cooking School has two locations: in Yangshuo on Binjiang Road on the banks of the Li River, and in the village of Chao Long, about 3 miles (5 kilometers) outside of Yangshuo. Transportation is generally included.
