We do not roast our products. We also cover some of the nuts with imported German anti-oxidant chocolate. You will also see how we mill the nuts into fresh Nut Butter. Our Ice Cream is locally made by Cowboy Creamery. Hand crafted in small 3 gallon batches and contains an abundance of fresh cream. The ratio is 4 parts cream to 1 part milk. 20 flavors to choose from. We distribute pallets of our products to hundreds of locations across the USA. You will visit our retail store in front of our processing plant and warehouse where you will be invited to try free samples of our nuts, seeds and nut butters.
