You will be treated to a five-course Tipperary seasonal tasting menu created from locally sourced ingredients. Your menu will be a modern take on traditional Irish dishes and may include dishes such as local charcuterie from heritage beef with homemade pickles, Irish greens empanada with green goddess dressing made from foraged wild greens and herbs, a lamb neck confit with buttered cabbage, baked apple soufflé with crème Anglaise and a trio of Tipperary cheeses with homemade chutneys. Janine will pair your food with four locally brewed craft beers. Enjoy a memorable day combining the best of a local cultural dining experience in a professional café and kitchen!

Skip the limited menu options at typical restaurants and treat yourself to an expertly prepared plant-based meal during a 3-hour cooking demonstration. Set in the local home of an expert cook, watch your host prepare a 3-course meal right before your eyes. Possible dishes include wild mushroom pie with sweet potato, coconut cake, and smoked carrot pate.

Enjoy a night of medieval enchantment at the Knappogue Castle, including a feast fit for a king and free drinks.
