Join us for local life, river rafting & extremely outdoor challenge. Wuzhishan is the name of the highest mountain and also the name of the biggest city in the middle of Hainan Island with 60% of the whole population are Li & Miao Ethnic Groups. It takes about 2 hours from Sanya to Wuzhishan. We will pass by local towns, schools, markets, and paddy fields. Sometimes in summer, we will see waterfalls in the tropical rainforest or cows sleeping right in the middle of the road. Our tour will cover a visit to a very local market, Canyon Rafting, and local minority museum visit. You will taste very local food, walk around in a local town with almost no cars. The most challenging part is to join a local guide for outdoor activities so be ready to push yourself to the extreme.

The ethnic village of Binlang (Binglanggu) is located in the center of the island of Hainan, a 40-minute drive from Sanya. This main attraction consists of 3 parts: Li Village, Miao Village and Tropical Rain forest. Binglang means Betel Nut, a tropical plant, Gu means Valley. Binglanggu is a combination of local village and artificial development. You will learn about Miao and Li ethnic cultures from shows, foods, houses, exhibitions and crafts here.
