The botanical gardens were nothing short of magical. Met the owner Robert and he was so gracious. And our tour guide was just the best! So much great information and Mexican pride. Loved it!!

Vallarta Botanical Garden and Tequila Tasting from Puerto Vallarta
This was the best excursion tour I have ever attended in my life. Carlos was an exceptional knowledgeable guide! Right down to the plants, the birds, the wildlife, Mexican culture, symbolism, best beaches, roads, and food! He even was our guide for tequila tasting! We learned so much! This trip is a must do! Pick up and drop off on time, price was great! It includes lunch and all the tequila shots you can manage! Whoa! So fun! Live music! Thank you Carlos!❤️

Vallarta Botanical Garden and Tequila Tasting from Puerto Vallarta
We loved all the stops it made, we got to see so much for such an amazing price. It was so much value! We got to see how chocolate is made, coffee, botanicals, tequila & a incredible lunch all up in the mountains of Puerto Vallarta!

All around wonderful!

Vallarta Botanical Garden and Tequila Tasting from Puerto Vallarta
Jorge was the most wonderful guide! We were so impressed with his knowledge of Puerto Vallarta and enjoyed his enthusiasm for his macaw boxes and all the plants/flowers at the garden. The botanical gardens were gorgeous and we loved the tequila tour! The food was excellent and loved learning “tequila yoga.” Highly recommend this tour! We also had 2 little ones (6mo and 2.5) with us and everyone was very accommodating!

Tour guide and tour excellence undercut by poor support by tour company
AuroraTravlers, Jan 2020
Vallarta Botanical Garden and Tequila Tasting from Puerto Vallarta
As has been reported previously, the pickup process is very poorly planned with several guests riding needlessly for nearly 2 hours. Carlos was able to salvage the experience which is excellent. The lunch option is well worth adding as it was fantastic and much less expensive if prepaid. The van needs the shocks replaced. Viator needs to get after this tour provider as this is an issue that can be easily fixed.

Trip to the gardens

Vallarta Botanical Garden and Tequila Tasting from Puerto Vallarta
Hotel pickup was expedited by tour bus. Got the van OK had the last two seats. Coffee stop was OK. Botanical Gardens was nice., Tasting and Lunch was a bit crowed but the food was good. They expedited our return on the same tour bus that picked us up.
