11 W 53rd Street, New York City, New York, 10019

The Basics

An essential stop on New York City’s cultural circuit, MoMA offers enough inspiration for an entire day. Admire masterworks like Monet’s “Water Lilies," Vincent van Gogh’s “Starry Night,” and Warhol’s “Campbell's Soup Cans,” then escape the crowds with an avant-garde film in the downstairs theaters, or relax in the outdoor sculpture garden or terrace cafe.

The museum also offers free workshops and events in the interactive Paula and James Crown Creativity Lab and the Marie-Josée and Henry Kravis Studio, as well as VIP evening tours that let you enjoy the art in a quieter environment, after the museum closes to the general public.

Loved ever minute.!!! However i do think they should offer an option to buy headphones to be able to here the background on each painting. I understand you cant give them out for Covid reasons but i would have bought them if offered. Just an idea.

Modern Art, warts and all

The Museum of Modern Art in NYC has a very interesting history, and the collections, especially on the fifth floor, are outstanding. However, when it comes to abstract modern art, I must say that such art seems to be an effective way of separating money from very wealthy and gullible patrons.

The artwork was beautiful and amazing. I was impressed with Pollacks work would love more to be displayed. I was able to visualize pictures and thinking about what made them to paint what they did. I can’t wait to go back

Great pieces, awesome layout and well organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I myself am not even a big fan of art, but my girlfriend is crazy about it and Moma just blew her away. We highly recommend.

Plan to spend a lot of time here. So much to see. if you can avoid bringing your backpack do that because you have to wear it front facing.

I love the variety of art styles and the explanation of the art. There were some paintings I thought were strange until I read the meaning and background of the artist and his time.
