This is real life dino hunting! This tour is unique in that it offers a more private experience discovering dinosaur bones. You have the option to dig with a group or just dig with your family and friends. There are many questions that come up while you are digging, usually "Is this a bone", "Is this a rock", and you want your guide to be there for you to help. This tour offers accommodations right at the dig site, so you eliminate the need for many hours of travel back and forth to camp.

Explore Glacier National Park's Wild and Scenic border river, the Middle Fork Flathead, with our highly trained, friendly, interpretive river guides. First, float a relaxing stretch of river. Next, your guide selects a secluded spot for a delicious, buffet style lunch. Our kitchen sources locally and organically whenever possible, and you’ll taste the difference! After lunch, explore 9 named rapids - typically rated class II and III. Bonecrusher is always a favorite! This is a fun and splashy adventure through pristine, glacially fed waters. Finally, float beneath Glacier’s historic Old Belton Bridge. Your adventure ends in West Glacier with a 5 minute bus ride back to our campus. Trips depart rain or shine. Trips meet at 9:15am, 9:45am departure. No experience necessary. No maximum weight - must be able to buckle a 58" chest life jacket. Minimum age 5, minimum weight of 50 pounds. Minimums may be higher if river levels are higher, as they often are in the spring.

Yellowstone National Park is one of the few places where visitors can observe wolves in the wild in their natural habitat. Join us for this limited opportunity to view and learn about one of Yellowstone’s most famous apex predators, the Gray Wolf. Winter and spring months are historically the best seasons of year to view these wild predators in their natural habitat. During these Winter and Spring months, many of Yellowstone’s large mammals - bison, elk, mule deer and big horn sheep congregate in the lower elevations of Yellowstone’s northern range. Because these large mammals provide the primary food source of the gray wolves they are naturally attracted to these areas. The conditions are best for wolf observation. On this outing we will depart before sunrise and head into Yellowstone’s northern range & ultimately arrive in the wildlife rich Lamar Valley. Our Half Day Paradise begins at the northern border of Yellowstone National Park, right where the Gardiner River converges with the mighty Yellowstone River. This trip is fun for the whole family! Ride the waves at Man-Eater Hole, Boonie’s Revenge and Sleeping Giant! Take in the breathtaking view of Devil’s Slide. Float through some flat water stretches that are great for swimming and relaxing. This trip is great for first time rafters or family groups with wide age and ability ranges. This trip is 8 miles on the river and can be up to 3 hours approximately depending on water levels (CFS).

Looking for some whitewater while avoiding white-knuckle rapids? The 3 hour Upper Half Day trip is perfect for families, first-timers who are timid, or for those who aren’t strong swimmers – especially in June when we have high water. Enjoy fun rapids such as Hilarity Hole, Screaming Left, and Killer Fang. These rapids offer plenty of splashes and relatively easy navigation without the challenge of long rapids like the Mad Mile. This trip is packed with splashes and smiles!

Our Gallatin River ZipLine is located on Highway 191 between Bozeman and Big Sky, Montana, just over an hour drive from West Yellowstone. The dramatic scenery includes towering limestone cliffs, pine forests, and a rushing river. Tours start by ascending sky bridges to a tree platform 55 ft in the air, as well as including two zips across the beautiful Gallatin River.

Avoid disappointment and book your experience at the Yellowstone Mining Company in West Yellowstone in advance. Perfect for children, this family-friendly activity allows you to spend time hunting for precious gemstones and fossils. Armed with a bag of mining rough, you’ll use a water-propelled sluice box to discover the gems, fossils, and arrowheads that lurk in the soil. Ideal for travellers on a budget, your ticket includes entry and a large fossil and gem bag.

This PRIVATE tour is uniquely designed to keep us outside as much as possible so we minimize our time spent in the car. Most tours inside Yellowstone require several hours of driving in between stops but NOT this one! This tour will focus on the west side/ Old faithful area of the park to view as many geysers, hot springs, animals, and waterfalls as possible. This area contains the highest concentration of hot springs and geysers out of any place in the world. It also happens to contain a healthy population of rare wildlife found no where else in the continuous United States such as: bison, grizzly bears,and wolves. We will go on a series of mild to moderate walks/ hikes/ boardwalks through out the day to view this breath taking landscape that brings rare geology and ecology together! We will stop midday to enjoy a peaceful lunch at a quiet and scenic location within Yellowstone National Park. The provided lunch comes from a local deli in Big Sky, MT.

Spring in Yellowstone is the best time of the season to view the parks population of grizzly bears and wolves intermingling/ fighting for dominance on a landscape that's coming back to life after a long harsh winter. Our tour will focus on Yellowstone’s northern range, undoubtedly one of the prime wildlife viewing spots in North America as it harbors impressive bison/ elk herds, wolf packs, moose, and meandering grizzly and black bears. In late March Yellowstone starts to comes to life as the temperature gets warmer, the snow starts to melt. green grass starts to grow, elk and bison are giving give birth to off spring, hungry and therefore aggressive grizzly bears are waking up from hibernation, and the parks wolf packs are hunting elk/ bison calves to feed to the their litter pups. It is not uncommon during this time of year to view wolves hunting elk calves then a hungry grizzly bears charges in to attempt to steal the carcass from the wolves. Its surely a sight to be seen!

All of our tours are led by a knowledgeable and seasoned local guide that has an education in wildlife biology/ ecology with years of experience guiding in Yellowstone. We depart your accommodations and head towards Yellowstone’s northern range, undoubtedly one of the prime wildlife viewing spots in the world, it harbors impressive bison herds, wolf packs, and meandering bears. Visitors are likely to depart from the park’s northern lands with at least one, if not more, checks on their wildlife card. Wild and pristine. When thinking about Yellowstone, a vast and amazing back-country, large carnivores, bison herds, iconic geysers, and geothermal features fill the imagination. Along the way we will stop to take a short a hike or two to a secluded lake or waterfall. Mid way through the tour we will stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic area. Time permitting we will walk the boardwalks of Mammonth Hot Springs. Note: to maximize our chances of seeing wildlife this your leaves early AM.

This 1/2 day tour focuses on the unique geysers, wildlife, mud pots, hot springs, and other hydrothermal features of Yellowstone National Park. All of our tours are led by an experienced, knowledgeable, and local guide that has an education in biology, ecology, or natural science. We will explore the most thermally active areas of Yellowstone to see erupting geysers, colorful hot springs, bubbling mud pots, search for rare wildlife along the way! We will cap the day with a mild hike to a secluded alpine lake. Along the way your guide will be with you to tell your group about the parks biology, geology, history, and answer all of your questions! We will stop for a picnic lunch at a scenic location along the way!

A delicious picnic style lunch from a local deli is provided along with bottled water, sparkling waters, and sodas. We can take a few optional short hikes along the way to a scenic lake, waterfall, or spring!
