As well, you'll be accompanied by a guide well-versed in the area History, Flora & Fauna and geologic formation of the Great lakes and Dune formations. Sleeping Bear is fantastic in and of itself, but having a guide to explain everything from the Native Tribes that once roamed the area, to the geologic forces that leave us with the Great Lakes we know today, greatly enhances ours guests visit to Sleeping Bear. Oh, and guests rave about our catered lunch. It's delicious!

Detroit Beer History Walking Tour - You will go on a walk around the Eastern Market area of Detroit to visit 6 old brewery sites. You learn about the pre & post-prohibition breweries that once thrived in Eastern Market. The guide will share historic pictures of what the area breweries looked like during their peak. All tour guests enjoy an included beer at Eastern Market Brewing at the end of the tour (on site or as a to-go package). This walking tour is based on the book "Detroit Beer - A History of Brewing in the Motor City."
