You can really appreciate the size of Lake Michigan when cruising out on the water, and on this one hour cruise from Mackinaw City, you'll not only sail between the strait that separates Michigan's peninsulas, but cruise right under the Mackinaw Bridge while watching the sun go down. The cruise is offered each evening except Tuesdays, and is one of the best places in North America for finishing the day under sail. Listen as the Captain regales you with history of Michigan's most famous island, and relax with a drink as you casually sail along the Mackinaw shore.

Wind down and relax as our captain and first mate/interpretive guide teach you about our elegant schooner and share stories about the history of the lands, people, and waters of the Grand Traverse Bay area. Enjoy complimentary locally sourced gourmet food, wine, and cocktails while watching the sunset paint the sky. This is a 3-hour sail. Tour starting time: 6:30 p.m. With check-in time beginning at 5:45. Expected return time: 9:30. Food (provided) at around 8:00 p.m. and includes wine tasting, cocktails, and other local spirits as well as soda and water. We respectfully request that guests not bring additional alcoholic beverages. Free parking is available at the check-in kiosk, which is located at The Delamar Resort, 615 E. Front Street, Traverse City, MI. Please bring rain gear, a beach towel, and appropriate non-skid footwear for boating. There may be an opportunity to swim, weather and wind permitting. Tours will be rescheduled if necessary due to inclement weather.
